In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us at feelgoodjujuorganicskincare@gmail.com 

 

We encourage you to purchase samples of the product before committing to the full size version, however, if you are not completely happy with your order you may exchange for a store credit or replacement.  Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
